Below are general guidelines for Hops & Shops markets. This information WILL VARY by market location. Remember, you will receive detailed location specific instructions within 24 hours of your chosen market date.

MARKET HOURS: 12 to 4 pm

SET UP TIME : 10:30 am to 11:30 am; no set ups will be allowed after 11:30am. Please be respectful of the time!

- Load in starts at 10:30am and ends at 11:30am. No set ups will be allowed after 11:30am and no refunds will be given if you are late. Please respect everyone’s time.

- Vendors will need to unload in one of two locations: the parking lot located on Meeting Street (this is the main parking lot behind D’s Wings and Terra) OR on Center Street in front of Savage Craft. You CANNOT leave your car on Center Street. You will be towed. Please unload your items and move your car as quickly as possible to keep the load in flowing. 

- Inside the Armory, 8x8 spaces are marked with green tape. Please look for your business name written on the blue tape in the space to ensure you are setting up in the correct spot. All spaces MUST BE TOUCHING. This is a new venue for everyone and space is limited!

- Outside the brewery, with the exception of the covered area, 10x10 spaces will be marked with green tape. Please keep your set up contained to your space. 

- Covered spaces (8x8) are located under the awning of the building. These will also be marked with green tape. No tents are allowed under the covered awning. You may design your space however you would like within the 8x8 space. Do not attach anything to the building.

- Be considerate to your neighbors. Make friends. We’re going to be close at this market!

You will need to park in the main parking lot behind D’s Wings & Terra or across Meeting Street in the parking lot. Please be mindful of parking spaces for shoppers! We want them to be able to easily access our market - more foot traffic means more sales for everyone.

Please do not break down earlier than 4pm! If you have any issues, please come talk to me. Early breakdown without prior communication may be subject to future market applications being declined. Don’t do it.

Notes:

• Please do not smoke at your booth. Many of our vendors & customers have disabilities and it’s just rude.
• NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED. There will be food and beverages available at Savage Craft. 
• We aim to keep a friendly atmosphere all day. Please alert Brandy if you need a hug. JK - let me know if there are any weird vibes!
